Built from frontline rehab experience

Strong Motion Medical was founded by Keairo Debeltz, PTA, after seven years working in skilled nursing and rehabilitation settings. During that time, he repeatedly saw wheelchair users excluded from meaningful strengthening because conventional exercise equipment often required them to transfer into a separate machine.

That experience led to the development of Strong Knee Mo-Pro, a wheelchair-accessible rehabilitation device being designed to support isolated quadriceps and hamstring exercise directly from the user’s chair. The concept combines measurable progressive resistance with optional motor-assisted movement to help clinicians support patients across different levels of strength and mobility.

Strong Motion Medical is currently advancing the product through design closeout, prototype planning, regulatory strategy, and continued customer discovery. The company has completed 22 customer interviews, secured an initial letter of intent, and is supported by advisors with experience in physical therapy, healthcare operations, commercialization, research, and medical-device development.
